Taste profile: in espresso, the acidity is more present with notes of sweet cherries. Natural robusta (Nicaragua) gives creaminess to the crema. In a latte or cappuccino, the acidity softens to give way to chocolate and caramelized pecan.

In filter, it offers a gentle sweet acidity which tends to subside and give way to notes of chocolate and caramel for a sweet and delicate cup.

We have proudly chosen to encourage the traceability of our coffee and direct trade with the farm of Diego in Costa Rica, Carlos in Mexico and Osmin in Nicaragua by roasting their beans in this Limoilou blend. This coffee will please the curious, looking for adventure with new tangy and fruity flavors of classic coffee, who like it in latte or cappuccino.
