A blend of different varieties
Pauline wanted to offer our customers another decaf option, so she thought, why not create one under her own name? After this stroke of genius, she got to work with the roasting team, from sourcing the best beans and designing the label to roasting the coffee to bring you a truly exceptional decaf! With her legendary intuition, she found us a Mexican coffee decaffeinated using mountain water, sourced directly from Descamex. This completely organic and natural technique uses glacial water to gently decaffeinate the green beans.
We have no doubt that you will love this coffee as much as we love Pauline!
From planting to cup, each grain tells a story.

FAQ
Our coffees are roasted daily during the week. A sticker on the bottom of the bag indicates the roasting date.
The only coffees that may have a slightly oily appearance are the 1653, the Charles Smith and the Champs de Bataille, due to their dark roast.
To preserve the freshness of your Smith coffee, we recommend storing it in its original airtight, thick, and opaque bag (or a similar container) in a dark, dry place. Under these conditions, your Smith coffee can stay fresh for up to 3 months.
Note that ground coffee does not keep as long as whole bean coffee.
For orders within the province of Quebec, delivery is free for all orders of $54 and over, otherwise the fee is $9.95 per shipment.
