Course #1 (introduction to the world of coffee) is not mandatory but recommended to fully appreciate the information provided in course #2!

Duration: 2 hours

Where : Smith Limoilou, 201 3rd ave, Qc, G1L 2V7

Number of people: 2 to 4 people per lesson.
This course cannot be delivered for less than 2 people or more than 4 people at a time.

Course description: you will learn the techniques for extracting quality espressos, detecting the most common extraction problems and will give an overview of the methods of calibrating a coffee grinder. Conclusion with a little tasting of espressos.

This course is delivered in French only.
