The Cooperativa de Caficultores de Manizales by 770 women producers
Colombia, Castillo, and Cenicafe 1
This coffee was a unanimous favorite during our trip to the source in Colombia! The team had the opportunity to taste it directly at the Manizales coffee cooperative, which recognizes the essential role of these women in coffee production and actively promotes their income and leadership within the community. By choosing women's coffee, you enjoy a superb cup of coffee while supporting the women who make it possible, thus improving the well-being of the community and the environment. We're giving back by donating $5 per bag sold to the YWCA Quebec.
From planting to cup, each grain tells a story.
Transparency, ethics and passion: our commitment to traceable and responsible coffee.
FAQ
Our coffees are roasted daily during the week. A sticker on the bottom of the bag indicates the roasting date.
The only coffees that may have a slightly oily appearance are the 1653, the Charles Smith and the Champs de Bataille, due to their dark roast.
To preserve the freshness of your Smith coffee, we recommend storing it in its original airtight, thick, and opaque bag (or a similar container) in a dark, dry place. Under these conditions, your Smith coffee can stay fresh for up to 3 months.
Note that ground coffee does not keep as long as whole bean coffee.
For orders within the province of Quebec, delivery is free for all orders of $54 and over, otherwise the fee is $9.95 per shipment.
