Latest news you won't want to miss!

Over the past few months, you've probably noticed some new coffees on our shelves or on our website. Our roasting team has been working hard to roast some truly exceptional new origins!

KENYA
Kenya

First, for those who appreciate a touch of acidity and a pronounced fruitiness, Kenya is an excellent discovery. Tasting notes of blackcurrant, lemonade, and brown sugar bring great freshness and a burst of flavor. We suggest hand-brewing in a V60, iced brewing, or using a classic filter. It can also be interesting as an espresso if you're looking for fruity acidity in your brews.

Hurry, it's a micro batch for a limited time only!

PURA VIDA
Pura Vida

For those who were regulars at Costa Rica, we've made a change that you've unanimously loved so far, replacing it with Pura Vida . Still a Costa Rican origin, but this time with a bit more character! Pura Vida is a white honey coffee with notes of caramel, fudge, and raspberry. Its fruitiness is subtle and smooth, and it's particularly delicious in lattes and cappuccinos, espressos, or filter coffees. It's a very versatile coffee likely to appeal to a wide range of palates, appreciated for its slightly sweet and balanced character.

LIMOILOU
Limoilou

Our latest addition is an espresso blend featuring a new origin: Brazil. Limoilou is a bolder blend, as the Brazilian coffee we selected, which makes up the majority of the blend, is a natural variety with fruity cherry aromas. The result is still well-balanced with notes of caramel, chocolate, and pecan. We developed it specifically for espresso, but it's a very versatile coffee that can be enjoyed just as well brewed in a filter, French press, Moka pot, or even as an iced coffee!
